ネパールでこの時期に行われる15日の国民的お祭りです。地域によって意味合いが少し異なりますが、悪に対する善の勝利を祝うためのお祭りです。普段から家族のつながりを大切にするネパールの方々ですがこの時期は更に絆を深めます。ティカと呼ばれるお米やヨーグルトなどで作る赤い混合物をおでこに付けます。これは女性によって付けられるものですが家族内に女性がいない場合は親しい女性に付けてもらいます。この時期にしか食べられないお料理です。お楽しみください。
